We choose to only restore already existing buildings, with true character and potential, located in the city centre and close to public transport; we play no part in the urbanisation and take-over of potential agricultural land

We maintain as much of the building as possible, recycling, upcycling and inventing; when redesigning interiors we avoid using materials that harm the environment

Supplier selection

local, ethical suppliers who love their products and are genuinely lovely people

Management

No harmful cleaning products, the well-being of our staff is central to our decisions, no minimum wage contracts, overtime either paid out or taken as TOIL, ongoing focus on customer needs with the aim of providing maximum satisfaction
